Brief Description of Research Interest :
|
My research is an interdisciplinary approach to topological data analysis (TDA).
TDA refers to a collection of methods for extracting topological structure from data. I collaborate with statisticians, mathematicians, and computer scientists in order to solve problems in various domains, from cancer research to astronomy to road network analysis.
